“Press toward the goal for the prize of the upward
call of God in Christ Jesus”
Philippians 3:14
Growing Together
BCA strives to educate the whole child by providing a rigorous academic education that emphasizes spiritual growth. We aim to shape the hearts, minds, and souls of students so they can see that which is true, good, and beautiful; that each student would come to love the things that God loves and to live out their lives for the glory of God.

Weekly Chapel Service
BCA students, parents, and families come together as a community with a time of worship to honor Jesus Christ, to be grounded in Truth, and to respond to our upward calling as His image-bearers. We believe that engaging in weekly chapel as one body helps us to steer the school in the right direction to honor God as we come before Him with genuine humility and gratitude. Hymns, creeds, and biblical verses are used during worship to teach about the Christian faith and God’s Words.
Catechesis based on Protestant Doctrines of the Faith
Catechisms are a series of Biblical truths in question and answer form. Through daily practice of memorization in a classroom setting, catechism helps students ground foundational truths that only come from Christ. Understanding and being able to respond equips them with ready answers to hard questions.
Bible Memory
Bible memorization is central in every classroom. Memorizing Scripture gives BCA students a better understanding of God and his will. It increases their knowledge of Him: of who He is, what He’s promised and who they are in Christ. As God reveals Himself through scripture, His words build wisdom and character in students who seek a life of freedom that comes only through obedience.
Overview of the Old and New Testament stories
In addition to the academics, students are taught stories from the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. We believe that God reveals Himself to us in Old and New Testament stories and therefore helps students explore them while learning to be biblically literate.
